WhatsApp Conversation is session between contact and business for 24 hours. Each conversation is divided into two categories: user-initiated and business-initiated. User-initiated conversations occur when a business replies to a user within the 24-hour customer service window. Business-initiated conversations occur when a business sends a message to a user outside of the 24-hour window.

Our charges are based on the user’s country code. Rates for business-initiated and user-initiated conversations vary by country or region. You can download the individual rate cards and find the country-to-region mapping for countries where regional rates apply.
