We are excited to announce the addition of a new feature to our CRM portal: the ability to create and manage WhatsApp templates directly from the portal.
With this feature, you will no longer need to switch between the CRM portal and WhatsApp Business Manager to create and manage your templates. You can now easily create and edit templates directly from the CRM portal, saving you time and streamlining your workflow.
To use this feature, simply log in to the CRM portal and navigate to the “Templates” section. From there, you can create new templates, delete old templates, and view a history of all your templates.
To create new template, click on create template on right hand side and name your template, select WhatsApp Tempalte as type and then give a unique name to your template (make sure unique name has no space and you can add underscore to name your template for eg. welcome_notification), choose template language and give your template interactive touch with buttons and quick replies and save it.

Attention: If you have already added whatsapp phone number, then share WhatsApp Business Account ID to [email protected] to configure your account to start using this feature. For new accounts adding phone number, they need not share any details offline and add whatsapp templates seamlessly from portal.
