BuzzMailer Pro – HubSpot Integration Setup Guide

BuzzMailer Pro offers HubSpot users a cost-effective solution to send large-scale email campaigns without increasing marketing contact limits. Follow these steps to connect, configure, and launch successful email campaigns through BuzzMailer Pro.


Step 1: Sign Up and Navigate to Campaigns

  1. Sign up for a CRM Messaging account and log in.
  2. In the BuzzMailer Pro dashboard, navigate to the “Campaigns” tab.

Step 2: Connect BuzzMailer Pro with HubSpot

  1. In BuzzMailer, go to Audience Manager > Import Contacts.
  2. Click on “Import from HubSpot.” If not connected, BuzzMailer will prompt you to authorize HubSpot.
  3. Select your HubSpot sub-account and click “Choose Account” to complete the connection.
  4. Once connected, go to Manage Groups in Audience Manager to view your HubSpot lists synced in BuzzMailer.


Step 3: Sync Contacts from HubSpot

  1. Click on “Sync Contacts” to pull in contacts from HubSpot.
  2. After a few seconds, you’ll see the contact count updated (e.g., “1222 contacts synced”).
  3. View synced contacts by clicking on “All Contacts” under Audience Manager.

Step 4: Configure and Verify Your Email Sender Domain

  1. Before creating an email campaign, you need to set up and verify your sender domain.
  2. Go to Manage Sender > Manage Domain.
  3. Click on Add Domain to input your business’s sending domain.
    • For example, enter rosy.com if you’re sending emails on behalf of “Rosy.”
  4. Follow the instructions to add the CNAME and TXT records in your DNS settings.
  5. Once verified (you’ll see “Status: Success”), add a specific sender email:
    • Click on “Add Sender” and enter a label (e.g., “Kristy from Rosy”) and the verified email (e.g., [email protected]).

Step 5: Create Your Email Campaign

  1. Navigate to “Email Campaigns” and click on Create Campaign.
  2. Enter the Campaign Name, choose your sender from the list, and select your target recipients (e.g., all synced HubSpot contacts).
  3. Enter a subject line and pre-header text to appear in email previews.
  4. Click Next to proceed to the design stage.

Step 6: Design Your Email

  1. Choose from pre-built templates or design your own using the drag-and-drop builder.
  2. Edit text, images, and sections to customize the email content.
  3. When satisfied, Save and Exit the design.
  4. You can then choose to schedule the email for later or send it immediately.

Step 7: Test and Send

  1. Send a test email to preview the campaign.
  2. After reviewing the test email, confirm settings and send to your full contact list or schedule it for later.

Step 8: Track Campaign Performance

  1. Once the campaign has been sent, go to Reports to view detailed performance analytics:
    • Track metrics such as sent, delivered, opened, bounced, and spam reports.
  2. Use these insights to optimize future campaigns and maximize audience engagement.
