Integrate SuiteDash with CRM Messaging

Sign Up and Purchase Plan

• Sign up on the CRM Messaging portal.
• Purchase an SMS or WhatsApp plan.

Setup Iframe for Conversations, Templates, & Analytics

• Navigate to Integrations -> GoHighLevel on the CRM Messaging portal and copy the Conversations URL.
• In SuiteDash, go to Content -> Dashboards -> Portal Pages -> Manage Pages. Click on Add Portal Page to create a new page.

• Add an iframe with the copied link from the CRM Messaging portal to this new page.

Create a Custom Menu

• Create a custom menu in SuiteDash and add the newly created portal page to this menu for easy accessibility.

This setup allows you to manage 360-degree conversations, templates, and messaging analytics from the CRM Messaging iframe within SuiteDash.
