Important Notice
- Registration Requirement: In certain countries, before utilizing an Alphanumeric Sender ID, registration with the local telecommunications authority or service provider is necessary. These countries are marked “Registration Required” in the country list below. Failure to register may result in lower delivery quality or the complete blocking of messages by local carriers due to strict filtering practices.

Registration and Fees
Certain countries not only require registration but also impose a fee for the registration process. These fees may be one-time or recurring, and the specifics are subject to change based on local regulations and policies. Here are a few examples:
- Czech Republic: Monthly fee of $30.00 USD for Sender ID registration.
- Kazakhstan: Monthly fee of $250.00 USD for Sender ID registration.
- Russia: Monthly fee of $230.00 USD for Sender ID registration (currently paused).
- Indonesia: One-time fee of $25.00 USD for domestic customers. No fees for international customers.
Notes on Specific Countries
- China: For messages to China, it’s recommended to also register the message body template.
- Saudi Arabia: Registration is mandatory for companies not based in Saudi Arabia.
- Romania: Optional registration with a one-time fee of $760.00 USD.
Additional Information
- In countries where registration is mandated, an international CRM Messaging long code must be used as the “From” parameter, not a local/domestic long code.
