To start making and receiving voice calls via the API, you first need to set up your CRM Messaging account by following these steps:
- 1. Sign Up: Create your account on the CRM Messaging platform: https://app.crm-messaging.cloud/index.php/App/signup
- 2. Purchase a Number: Acquire a phone number that will be used as your sender ID (
fromNumber) for making outgoing calls: https://app.crm-messaging.cloud/index.php/Phone/phone - 3. Purchase a Calling Plan: Select and purchase a suitable calling plan:$\rightarrow$ https://crm-messaging.cloud/pricing/
Once these steps are complete, your account is ready! You can now make calls using the platform’s Voice section (Dialer, Bulk Voice Calls, etc.) and, crucially, you are set up to use the Voice Call API.
